Dalton, GA — The Dalton Academy is proud to announce the launch of its new school logo, a refreshed design that reflects the strength, spirit, and growth of the Academy and its students.

The new logo features a bold, modern “A” surrounded by the school’s name, representing achievement, ambition, and authenticity — values that define The Dalton Academy experience. While honoring the school’s roots, the design offers a contemporary look that feels distinctly “Dalton.”

“We wanted a design that truly represents who we are and who our students are becoming,” said Jessica Ashlock, principal of The Dalton Academy. “This new logo is strong, confident, and forward-moving — just like our students. We also wanted something competitive and distinct — a logo that sets The Dalton Academy apart and reflects the pride and excellence that define our school.”

The development process was collaborative, involving feedback from students, staff, and community members. Their input helped shape a design that captures The Dalton Academy’s culture of unity and excellence. Students shared what the school means to them — from teamwork and pride to preparation for the future — and those ideas directly inspired the final look.

The update aligns with the school’s mission to provide a safe, nurturing learning environment that helps every student reach their full potential. It also reflects the school’s vision for rigorous, relevant, and engaging learning that prepares students for success beyond graduation.

The new logo will begin appearing across school materials in January 2026, with updates rolling out gradually through the spring semester. New uniforms, signage, and the gym floor will showcase the design, with full implementation expected by graduation in May 2026.

“This isn’t about changing who we are,” Ashlock added. “It’s about showing who we’ve grown to be as a school and as a community.”
