PAWS is excited about Election Day on Tuesday, November 5. To help our students understand the voting process, PAWS will set up a polling place here at City Park. Our students will get to vote for Kit or Kat...they will choose between two brave teachers to determine who has to attempt to eat a 2 lb Kit Kat, PAWS' favorite candy bar!! There will also be other voting opportunities on this day as well. PAWS can't wait to see who the lucky eater (winner) is!

Safe Schools Week is an annual event that raises awareness about the importance of school safety and promotes strategies for keeping students and staff safe. One of the key strategies for promoting safe schools is to create a culture of safety. This involves fostering a sense of trust and respect among students, staff, and parents and encouraging open communication and collaboration. By creating a positive and supportive school environment, schools can help prevent incidents of violence and bullying. PAWS will host some fun dress up days to help foster this positive and supportive environment.
