City Park is blessed with many great staff members! Each month, PAWS provides the opportunity for colleagues to nominate one another for a spotlight moment! This month, Ms. Moore was nominated. We hope you enjoy getting to know a little bit more about this outstanding educator!

Mr. Allred’s scholars are learning! They are applying that learning of inherited traits/phenotypes to determine and match the offspring of organisms based on the phenotypes of the parents. They are using this knowledge to continue building their understanding of how to organize biotic organisms on a biologically diverse planet. Please continue to grow with these scholars by what they learn each day and reviewing their class assignments. Thanks for your support as these students complete quarter one!

Flu shots are coming to City Park! Forms are coming home with students and should be returned by October 10!

PAWS loves the Stick Together puzzles provided courtesy of a Dalton Education Foundation Grant!
StickTogether® mosaic sticker puzzle posters are a fun collaborative activity with a beautiful reward! They are like paint-by-numbers, but with stickers! Images are created with 1/2″ square stickers, and they are great for all ages!
These puzzle posters are on display in the media center so patrons of all ages can work on them as they peruse the media collection. They do not have to be completed in one sitting and can remain out for as long as needed for completion. Anyone can contribute to the final product!
PAWS cannot wait to finish the next one!!
